FullPagePro is developed and operated by Drex Outdoors LLC, doing business as Rexroad Technologies (“Rexroad Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

We respect your privacy and designed FullPagePro to collect as little user information as reasonably possible. This Privacy Policy explains what information FullPagePro accesses, how that information is used, what information may be handled by third-party service providers, and the choices available to you.

1. What FullPagePro Does

FullPagePro is a browser extension that allows users to capture screenshots of webpages, including full-page screenshots, visible-area screenshots, high-resolution screenshots, and responsive-layout captures.

FullPagePro accesses webpage content only when necessary to perform an action initiated by the user, such as capturing a screenshot.

FullPagePro does not continuously monitor your browsing activity.

2. Screenshot and Webpage Content

When you request a screenshot, FullPagePro may access the contents of the webpage currently being captured so that it can render and assemble the requested image.

Screenshot content is processed locally through your browser and device.

Rexroad Technologies does not receive, upload, collect, store, or review the contents of screenshots created with FullPagePro.

Screenshots may contain information from the webpages you choose to capture, including text, images, account information, personal information, or other content visible on those webpages. Because that content is processed locally, you are responsible for deciding what webpages and information you choose to capture.

FullPagePro does not use screenshot content for analytics, advertising, profiling, artificial intelligence training, or any unrelated purpose.

3. Browsing Activity

FullPagePro does not collect or maintain a history of the websites you visit.

The extension may temporarily interact with the active webpage when you initiate a capture. This interaction may include:

• Reading the dimensions and layout of the active webpage.
• Scrolling the webpage during full-page capture.
• Temporarily adjusting the capture viewport.
• Temporarily normalizing browser zoom when necessary for accurate capture.
• Detecting page sections, visual overlap, animations, or dynamic elements needed to produce the requested screenshot.
• Capturing rendered portions of the webpage.
• Combining captured sections into a completed image.

Any temporary changes made for capture purposes are intended to be restored when the capture process finishes.

FullPagePro does not use this access to monitor browsing behavior or create a browsing profile.

4. Browser Permissions

FullPagePro requests only browser permissions needed to provide its screenshot and product functionality.

Depending on the version and features being used, these permissions may allow FullPagePro to:

• Access the active browser tab after you initiate a capture.
• Interact with the webpage being captured.
• Use Chrome capture and debugging capabilities to generate high-resolution screenshots.
• Temporarily adjust browser or viewport settings required for capture.
• Save screenshots to your device.
• Store extension settings and preferences locally.
• Communicate with ExtensionPay for trial and license verification.

These permissions are used only to provide FullPagePro's stated functionality.

Rexroad Technologies does not use browser permissions to collect information for advertising, behavioral tracking, profiling, or resale.

5. Information Stored Locally

FullPagePro may store limited information locally through Chrome's extension storage system, including items such as:

• Capture preferences.
• Selected resolution or capture mode.
• Advanced capture settings.
• Trial or Pro entitlement status.
• Trial activation timestamps.
• The date or time when entitlement status was last checked.
• Other settings necessary for the extension to operate properly.

This information remains associated with the browser installation unless it is cleared or removed.

FullPagePro does not use locally stored settings to track you across unrelated websites.

6. Free, Trial, and Pro Accounts

FullPagePro offers free features as well as optional Pro features.

Users may be offered a 7-day Pro trial or the option to purchase Lifetime Pro.

Trial and licensing services are provided through ExtensionPay, a third-party service used to manage extension trials, payments, account activation, and license status.

If you start a trial, purchase Pro, or restore an existing license, ExtensionPay may process information such as:

• Your email address.
• Trial activation status.
• Trial start date.
• Purchase status.
• License or entitlement status.

FullPagePro may receive and locally store limited entitlement information necessary to determine whether Pro features should be unlocked.

Rexroad Technologies does not use ExtensionPay account information for advertising or unrelated marketing profiling.

7. Payments

Payments for FullPagePro Pro are processed through Stripe, working in connection with ExtensionPay.

Stripe may collect payment-related information such as:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Billing address.
• Payment card information.
• Transaction information.

FullPagePro and Rexroad Technologies do not receive or store your full credit or debit card number.

Payment information is processed by Stripe according to Stripe's own privacy and security practices.

Rexroad Technologies may have access to limited transaction information necessary for normal business purposes, such as whether a purchase was successful, the amount paid, the purchased product, or information needed to respond to a billing or support request.

8. Information We May Receive Directly From You

If you contact Rexroad Technologies for technical support, customer service, feedback, or another inquiry, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, such as:

• Your name.
• Email address.
• Description of your issue.
• Screenshots or files you voluntarily attach.
• Browser or extension troubleshooting information you voluntarily provide.

We use this information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide support, improve FullPagePro, or address security or technical issues.

9. Analytics and Advertising

FullPagePro does not currently use third-party behavioral advertising systems.

FullPagePro does not sell your browsing history.

FullPagePro does not sell screenshot content.

FullPagePro does not build advertising profiles based on the webpages you capture.

FullPagePro does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If analytics are added to FullPagePro in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before such data collection is introduced.

10. How We Share Information

Rexroad Technologies does not sell personal information collected through FullPagePro.

Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to operate FullPagePro or our business, including:

ExtensionPay
Used for trial activation, licensing, account authentication, and payment-related entitlement management.

Stripe
Used to securely process payments.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law or legal process.
• Respond to lawful requests from government authorities.
• Protect the security, rights, or property of Rexroad Technologies, FullPagePro, our users, or others.
• Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of applicable agreements.

11. Data Retention

Rexroad Technologies does not retain screenshot contents because screenshot contents are not transmitted to us.

Extension settings stored locally may remain in Chrome until you clear the extension's stored data or uninstall the extension.

Trial, licensing, and payment-related information may be retained by ExtensionPay and Stripe according to their respective policies and legal obligations.

Information voluntarily submitted to Rexroad Technologies for customer support may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain business records, resolve disputes, improve our products, or comply with legal obligations.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled in connection with FullPagePro.

One of FullPagePro's primary privacy protections is that webpage screenshots are processed locally rather than being sent to Rexroad Technologies.

Payment processing is handled by established third-party payment providers rather than storing sensitive card information inside FullPagePro.

However, no electronic system, browser extension, internet transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Your Choices and Rights

You may stop using FullPagePro at any time by disabling or uninstalling the extension.

You may also clear locally stored extension data through your browser.

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights relating to personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal information is processed.

Requests involving information held directly by Rexroad Technologies may be submitted using the contact information below.

Information processed directly by ExtensionPay or Stripe may also be subject to those providers' privacy policies and request procedures.

14. Children’s Privacy

FullPagePro is not designed or marketed specifically for children under the age of 13.

Rexroad Technologies does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through FullPagePro.

If we learn that personal information from a child has been provided to us improperly, we will take reasonable steps to delete it where required.

15. Third-Party Websites

FullPagePro can capture webpages operated by third parties.

Rexroad Technologies does not control the privacy practices, content, security, tracking technologies, or data practices of websites you choose to visit or capture.

Your interaction with those websites remains subject to the privacy policies and terms of those third-party websites.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as FullPagePro evolves, laws change, or service providers and product features change.

If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.

Continued use of FullPagePro after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by applicable law.
