Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pre-launch notice: Paid Chapter Forge subscriptions are not yet open. This policy describes the planned subscription approach and will be confirmed before paid subscriptions begin.
Free trial
Chapter Forge Pro is currently planned to include a 7-day trial for eligible new subscribers. If a payment method is required for the trial, the checkout flow will disclose when billing begins and how to cancel before the first charge.
Recurring subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval unless cancelled before renewal. Applicable taxes may be added where required.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available subscription-management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, access to paid features continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a duplicate charge, or had a material billing problem, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request.
