FullPagePro is a Chrome browser extension from Rexroad Technologies designed to create high-quality webpage screenshots, including full-page captures, visible-area captures, high-resolution screenshots, and responsive-layout captures.

If you are having trouble with FullPagePro, the information below covers the most common questions and troubleshooting steps.

Getting Started

After installing FullPagePro, click the FullPagePro icon in Chrome to open the extension.

You can choose between:

Full Page
Captures the entire webpage from top to bottom.

Visible Area
Captures only the portion of the webpage currently visible in your browser window.

FullPagePro also includes several capture-quality options. The free version includes 1080p capture, while Pro unlocks higher resolutions and additional tools.

FullPagePro Pro is available as a one-time lifetime purchase.

7-Day Pro Trial

You can try FullPagePro Pro free for seven days.

To begin your trial, click any locked Pro feature or select Start 7-Day Pro Trial in the FullPagePro window.

You will be asked to confirm your email address. Once confirmed, Pro features should unlock automatically.

If your trial has already started but FullPagePro still appears to be in Free mode, use Restore purchase / trial and sign in using the same email address used to start the trial.

Restoring a Purchase or Trial

If you have already purchased FullPagePro Pro or previously activated a trial, you do not need to purchase it again.

Open FullPagePro and select:

Restore purchase / trial

Use the same email address that was used when you purchased Pro or activated the trial.

Once your account is confirmed, FullPagePro should recognize your existing access.

Browser Zoom and Capture Accuracy

FullPagePro automatically handles browser zoom during capture when necessary.

For best results, keep Chrome at its normal zoom level. FullPagePro may temporarily normalize the capture environment and then restore your previous settings after the screenshot is complete.

If a capture ever appears duplicated, misaligned, or incorrectly stitched, try refreshing the webpage and running the capture again.

Dynamic Content, Animation, and Parallax Pages

Some websites contain animations, lazy-loaded content, scroll-triggered effects, or parallax sections that behave differently as the page moves.

FullPagePro includes tools designed to improve results on these pages.

Prepare Dynamic Content allows FullPagePro to move through the page first so lazy-loaded images and scroll-triggered elements have a chance to load before the final capture.

Scroll Reveal Assist is available with Pro and is designed to improve captures of pages containing entrance animations and other scroll-triggered content.

Stabilize Looping Motion can help with continuously animated content or video-like motion.

Because websites can use many different animation systems, no screenshot tool can guarantee that every animated or parallax element will capture perfectly. If one setting produces an unusual result, try capturing again with a different combination of the advanced options.

Responsive Capture

FullPagePro Pro includes a Responsive Capture Set for quickly generating screenshots at common narrower layouts.

Current responsive presets include:

Tablet Wide
1000 px layout

Tablet Portrait
760 px layout

Mobile
390 px layout

Responsive captures may automatically limit final resolution when necessary to stay within safe browser image-size and memory limits. If this happens, FullPagePro will notify you and still produce the highest safe resolution available.

Resolution Safety Limits

Very tall webpages combined with very high capture resolutions can exceed Chrome's maximum safe image size or available memory.

When necessary, FullPagePro may automatically reduce the final resolution rather than fail the capture entirely.

You may see a message indicating that the requested resolution was capped for browser safety. This is normal and is designed to protect the capture from browser crashes, corrupted images, or failed exports.

Protected Chrome Pages

Chrome does not allow extensions to capture certain protected browser pages.

Examples may include:

If FullPagePro says a page cannot be captured, open a normal website and try again.

If a Capture Does Not Look Right

Try the following:

  1. Refresh the webpage.
  2. Wait until the webpage has fully loaded.
  3. Make sure important images are visible and loaded.
  4. Try enabling Prepare Dynamic Content.
  5. For animated or scroll-triggered pages, try Scroll Reveal Assist.
  6. If continuously moving elements cause problems, try Stabilize Looping Motion.
  7. Run the capture again.
  8. If the problem continues, contact support and include the webpage address, capture mode, resolution, and advanced settings you were using.

Screenshots and Privacy

FullPagePro processes screenshots locally through your browser and device.

Screenshot contents are not uploaded to Rexroad Technologies as part of the normal capture process.

Billing and Payments

Trial activation and license management are provided through ExtensionPay.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Rexroad Technologies and FullPagePro do not receive or store your complete credit or debit card number.

If you experience a problem restoring a purchase, include the email address used for the purchase when contacting support. Do not send credit card numbers or other sensitive payment information.
